Director Jennifer Arnold blogs about the warm reception of A SMALL ACT.
This past April, Jennifer Arnold and her team brought A SMALL ACT back to the community where the film was made. On hand to celebrate were most of the stars of A SMALL ACT: Chris Mburu and the village kids, Kimani, Ruth and Caroline. Even though there was no air conditioning and the DVD player wasn't working, the village premiere was truly a joyous occasion! Followed by a Q & A with the cast and crew, the audience were delighted and moved by the film. Inspired by A SMALL ACT, some audience members even pledged to start their own education funds to help keep kids in school for years to come!
There will be a screening on June 20th at 10:30a.m at the Nantucket High School! You won't want to miss it!
