Films at NFF15 earn 13 Oscar nominations!

The 2010 Academy Award nominations were announced this morning, and we're very excited to report that films from the 2010 Nantucket Film Festival earned a total of 13 nominations, including Best Picture of the Year nominations for THE KIDS ARE ALL RIGHT, TOY STORY 3, and WINTER'S BONE. Congratulations to all the filmmakers and nominees!

THE KIDS ARE ALL RIGHT: 4 nominations including Best Picture, Best Actress (Annette Bening), Best Suppporting Actor (Mark Ruffalo), and Best Original Screenplay (Lisa Cholodenko and Stuart Blumberg).

TOY STORY 3: 5 nominations, including Best Picture, Best Animated Feature, Best Adapted Screenplay (NFF Screenwriter Tributee Michael Arndt, with John Lasseter, Andrew Stanton and Lee Unkrich), Best Original Song ("We Belong Together"), and Best Sound Editing.

WINTER'S BONE: 4 nominations, including Best Picture, Best Actress (Jennifer Lawrence), Best Supporting Actor (John Hawkes), and Best Adapted Screenplay (former NFF Screenplay Competition winner Debra Granik, and Anne Rosellini).
