During the festival, every screening and Signature Program venue will have a fully operational box office. This includes Dreamland Performing Arts & Cultural Center, Bennett Hall, and 'Sconset Casino. The venue box office will be open approximately 30 mins prior to first ticketed event start time.

$1.00/ticket IN PERSON (Nantucket Box Offices/NYC Box Office).

ACK Discount for Year-Round Residents
Discount is up to 50% off for Nantucket Residents on individual tickets (passes, ticket packages, and select Signature Programs are not available at a discount). Each resident must provide a valid Nantucket-issued driver’s license at the time of purchase.
*Only applied to one (1) ticket per ID
**Child is defined as 12 years and under
***NOTE: Discounted admissions are not available for online, phone, or rush ticket purchases. Discounts are offered exclusively in person at box office locations. Discounts must be applied at the point of purchase. Refunds will not be applied retroactively.
2019 Ticket Policies
Ticket Holder Admission: To guarantee admission, all pass, badge, and ticket holders must be present in line at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. We reserve the right to sell any empty seats after that time.
All seats are general admission.
All tickets are subject to availability.
Late seating is at the discretion of the venue management team and is not permitted 30 minutes after the start time of any screening or event.
Children under the age of six (6) years old are not permitted at any screening or panel; with the exception of specific family programs.
Same-day ticket sales during the festival are available at the Festival Headquarters Box Office and Venue Box Office locations based on ticket availability. Advance ticket sales (online, phone) are discontinued approximately 30 minutes prior to a program start time. After this cut-off time, tickets will only be available at the venue where the screening/event is taking place. If advance tickets are not available, we encourage you to wait in the Rush line at the venue.

How to Rush
Screenings and events for which no more advance tickets are available will be listed online as SOLD OUT.
Rush Sales Lines will form at the event venue approximately 45 minutes prior to the scheduled event start time. Admission will begin approximately 5 minutes before program start time based on availability. Admission is not guaranteed. Rush Sales are limited to one (1) ticket per person. The following Ticket Packages offer free ticket redemption with badge on the Rush Line for any General Screening, Tea Talk, or Morning Coffee With…® (does not include any ticket over $20): Artist, Industry, Sponsor, and Press.
There is a limit of 1 Rush Ticket per person.
There are no discounts, including the ACK discount, on Rush Tickets.
Service provider charge of $1.00/ticket is applied to all Rush Tickets.
