NOURISHING NANTUCKET

is a program committed to giving back to the community and addressing food insecurity. Established through a close partnership between Nantucket Resource Partnership and Pip & Anchor, Nourishing Nantucket works with local social service organizations to identify individuals and families in need, and Pip & Anchor supplies them with a weekly box full of fresh, locally sourced food. Nourishing Nantucket is funded through a combination of grants and philanthropic donations. It is the community’s generous support that allows Nourishing Nantucket to increase the number of families receiving boxes of fresh food each week.

SUSTAINABLE NANTUCKET’S

Sustainable Nantucket (SN) is a grassroots, local, non-profit organization that is building a more locally-based and self-reliant food system on-island through education, advocacy, training, and partnerships which include farmers, fishermen, local food producers, schools, restaurants, and other community stakeholders.
