Jay Duplass returns to the big screen in this Baltimore-set comedy. A chipped tooth on Christmas Eve sends Cliff, teetering on the fragile edge of newfound sobriety, spiraling into an unlikely and poignant escapade. His emergency savior (and dentist), Didi, is a woman whose life experiences and perspectives stand in stark contrast to his own. As they navigate the city together, the reasons for Cliff’s sobriety and the complexities of Didi’s life begin to surface, revealing vulnerabilities and unexpected common ground.
